Baby Blues & Pinks..and Rainbows..for that matter

Introducing the one born to take care of those moments when I can almost hear my biological clock ticking. My neighbour’s kid. Don’t u be judging me. Here’s what some famous people have to say in my defence:

"No animal is so inexhaustible as an excited infant." -Amy Leslie

"You can learn many things from children. How much patience you have, for instance." - Franklin P. Jones

"A child is a curly, dimpled lunatic." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

"Parents are the bones on which children cut their teeth." - Peter Ustinov

"People who say they sleep like babies usually don't have them". - Leo J. Burke

"I don't know why they say "you have a baby." The baby has you." -Gallagher

"Raising kids is part joy and part guerilla warfare." - Ed Asner

"Having a child is surely the most beautifully irrational act that two people in love can commit." -- Bill Cosby

Wonder whether I should be saying this to someone so young as you. But I got a real insight during a NatGeo programme where they showed how nurture is important vis-a-vis nature in bringing up kids! Pl.note: not 'more' important but important!

It showed how even an lady of 54 is able to suckle 'her' adopted baby- and she is a grandma. She said, "Theres nothing like a baby to make a woman feel young!"

Figure it out, baby! :)

abuse!! that pair of denims is just too tired to show me some gratitude for the amount of love and affection i shower over it!
Mine pair is only 3 years old...two years down the line, i might just be barefoot and pregnant..otherwise..i'll still be using this pair.

Each of those quotes is true! And sometimes, we CAN learn vicariously. Kids are nice, as long as they're not your own :p
Nice pic of you, by the way :)
