Deb: Thanks for dropping by girl! I have it on good authority that new penguin book paper has that elusive smell as well. But i agree with your taste for very old books. You'll be surprised how many people like smelling books!!

Shankari: that's exactly the message i wanted to convey...the love is for me.

But anyway, thats my story... Smell of books? Two places that absolutely rock are Fact & Fiction in Basant Lok and The Bookshop in Khan Market.

dan: yeah! u're included in the "u'd be surprised how many people..." :-)
Shankari: right now i can't think of anything else except the essay i'm supposed to right to this University to convince them that i'm an ideal candidate for their leadership program. So, i spend my days staring intensely at the application form as if by some magic they will fill up on their own. Sigh! But nice of you to drop in and say hi!
Vij: I somehow never regret my goofups ..atleast not until someone sits me down and repeatedly tells me how i have surpassed my sense of idiocasy at times! Even then i probably regret it for just that day..otherwise i'm cool!
Our common friend..hmm..he was supposed to arrange for all of us to meet.
